Shoutters was founded in 2011 by (Andy Wong).  He realized that people does not want to read through long reviews just to decide if they want to try a certain food. He also realized that people like to take pictures of what they ate  because they want to remember that experience and share that experience with others.  With these two ideas, he created Shoutters!

Sharing and finding food should be effortless.  Shoutters is very simple, we don't review the restaurants, we only recommend our dishes through a visual guide.  Pictures are worth a thousand words. 

How does Shoutters work?

There are two types of members in Shoutters:

1. "Food Shoutters"

• You like to discover new places to eat
• Take pictures of your food and share it with friends
• "Promote" other users contents
• You promote your foods to others

       2.  "Food Lurker"

• You just want try a specific food at a certain place
• See your food before you try
• Quickly see if it's good or not through our "Promote" button and users descriptions
• You follow users that promotes the best food contents

How to search for food?

There are three ways to search for your next meal:

1. The name of the food
2. The location of the food
3. Tag Keywords
   1. Tags are keywords that users type in for other users to find such as:
   2. (Waffles, Vegas) or (Breakfast, Pancakes) or (LA, Food Trucks)

How to upload pictures through your mobile device?

This method is for Android and Blackerry only!

Through your mobile device please follow the following steps:

1. Through your mobile browser, go to shoutters mobile version (www.shoutters.com/m)
2. On the top right corner should be a "add" button
3. Go to the add button 
4. Go to upload photos
5. Should display a unique shoutters email (example@shoutters.com)
6. You will upload your pictures through your email
7. Subject line = Title
8. Body = your descriptions
   *Save your shoutters email to your phone, your email is like a app :)*
